Process & Implementation for Exterior Work

SETUP

• Remove dirt and grime by water blasting at low to medium pressure
• High pressure is applied to hard to reach and stubborn areas
• Rain gutters cleaned out
• Trench 4” to 6” around perimeter of building

SURFACE AND PREPARATION

• Scrape & sand smooth all loose pealing paint & rough surfaces
• Glossy enamel surfaces shall be scuff sanded
• Caulking on all open seams
• Stucco repaired to match existing surface

PAINT

• Bondo repairs if necessary
• Primer applied to all bare metal, new stucco, raw wood & repaired areas
• Application of quality paints applied for consistent professional finish

CLEANUP

• All project tools, equipment, and debris are removed from the site
• Final inspection & walk through
