Process & Implementation for Exterior Work
SETUP
Remove dirt and grime by water blasting at low to medium pressure
High pressure is applied to hard to reach and stubborn areas
Rain gutters cleaned out
Trench 4” to 6” around perimeter of building
SURFACE AND PREPARATION
Scrape & sand smooth all loose pealing paint & rough surfaces
Glossy enamel surfaces shall be scuff sanded
Caulking on all open seams
Stucco repaired to match existing surface
PAINT
Bondo repairs if necessary
Primer applied to all bare metal, new stucco, raw wood & repaired areas
Application of quality paints applied for consistent professional finish
CLEANUP
All project tools, equipment, and debris are removed from the site
Final inspection & walk through |
