SETUP

• Move heavy items – furniture placed in center of each room, covered, utilizing  new plastic sheeting
• Protect wood floors: special protection used
• Protect carpet & vinyl using drop cloths
• Protect counter tops, cabinetry, railings, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, window  coverings and all wall hangings
• Remove all wall switch plates
• Non-damaging masking tape used when necessary
• Cob web removal
• Voids, holes, imperfections & cracks will be filled utilizing premium medium
• Scrape & sand all loose & peeling existing paint
• Caulking applied on all open seams

PAINT

• Pre-clean all woodwork
• Prime any imperfections and new construction
• Apply quality products for consistent professional finish

CLEANUP

• Furniture & accessories are replaced to original positions
• Floors are swept & vacuumed
• All project tools, equipment, and debris are removed from the site
• Final inspection & walk through
